About Utkal University
Utkal University, established in 1943, is the oldest university in Odisha. Its main campus is at Vani Vihar, Bhubaneswar, and many colleges in the state are affiliated to it.
It offers postgraduate programs in the sciences, arts, commerce, law, management and computer applications, plus integrated BCA-MCA and BBA-MBA programs, at very low government fees (fees above are per year).
